Why We Do This
Most fundraisers in the Tampa Bay area are awful for everyone involved. Bake sales raise $200 if you're lucky. Restaurant give-back nights make you eat at a chain you don't actually like. Gala dinners cost more to host than they raise. We watched this for years and decided to do something different.
Music bingo fundraisers work because they're fun on their own merits. People come because they want to play bingo and drink a craft beer — not because their kid's school is making them feel guilty. The fundraising happens in the background. Your organization gets a check at the end of the night.
We're a veteran-owned brewery in Valrico. We host weekly events for schools, churches, youth sports leagues, scout troops, veterans organizations, animal rescues, and dance teams across Brandon, FishHawk, Lithia, Bloomingdale, and beyond. The good causes keep coming and we keep saying yes.

How Fundraisers Work Here
You Book + Promote
Email Alex with your dates and goal. We confirm the night. You promote it to your list — texts, social, email blast, school newsletter, whatever you've got.
Your Crew Shows Up
Tuesday or Thursday at 7 PM. Your supporters come for music bingo (free to play), order food and drinks, and have a real night out. A percentage of every order goes back to your org.
You Get the Check
We tally sales at the end of the night and cut you a check (or transfer the funds, your choice). Plus, your $50 deposit comes back as a Bullfrog gift card.
📈 Why It Works (When Other Fundraisers Don't)
- Real entertainment. Music bingo is genuinely fun. People stay for hours instead of doing the "I came to support, now I'm leaving" exit at minute 30.
- People spend more. Average ticket per guest at a music bingo night is significantly higher than the average restaurant give-back. Beer and food add up across 2 hours of staying.
- Bring everyone. Family friendly format means parents, kids, grandparents all come. You can't bring grandma to a wine night.
- Recurring potential. Many orgs book us 2-4 times a year. Once your supporters know about Bullfrog music bingo, they look forward to it.

We're not picky — if you've got a cause and a list of supporters, you can probably make this work.

Our Permanent Partnership
Queen of Hearts + Brandon Rotary
Every Friday night at 7:30 PM we run the Queen of Hearts drawing — a 50/50 raffle benefiting the Brandon Rotary Club Charity Foundation. Tickets are $2 each or 12 for $20. The winner gets half the jackpot, the Rotary gets the other half. The jackpot grows every week until someone finds the Queen.
This isn't a fundraiser you book — it's a permanent ongoing partnership. But it tells you something about how we approach this. Every charity tied to Bullfrog gets the same energy: the beer is real, the food is real, the cause is real, and the money goes where it's supposed to go.
