Belgian Farmhouse Saison
7.8% ABV
Rustic, dry, and complex. Brewed with barley, oats, wheat, and rye. Floral and refreshing with classic farmhouse character. Limited release — when it's gone, it's gone.
German Kölsch
Crisp and clean with bready malt and a light fruit note. A Valrico favorite for easy drinking.
Hazy IPA
Flagship hazy IPA with Chinook, El Dorado, and Mosaic. Juicy citrus and tropical notes with a soft finish.
Irish Red

Behind the Beer
Eddie has been brewing for over 8 years, starting in New Jersey at Kane Brewing and Cape May Brewing, then at Parkway Brewing in Virginia before relocating to Florida.
He leads our brewhouse with a focus on balance, drinkability, and consistency. From the award-winning Hunting River Kölsch to our flagship Propeller Wash Hazy IPA, Eddie keeps the lineup clean, expressive, and true to style.
