Why We Built a Lunch Menu
Valrico needed a real lunch spot. We're a brewery, sure — but years ago we looked around and realized the only options for a fast, good weekday lunch in this corner of Hillsborough County were chains and gas stations. So we put in a full kitchen, hired real cooks, and built a lunch menu.
The menu is designed for the way actual lunch happens around here. Most weekday customers have 45 to 60 minutes. They want food fast, they want it under $10, and they don't want to compromise on quality. We get you out the door in under 30 minutes with a real plate of food and change from a ten.
And because we're already a brewery, the pints are good and happy hour kicks in at noon. Pair a $7.99 lunch item with a discounted craft pint and you've spent less than a chain combo meal — and you actually enjoyed it. See our happy hour for the full overlap window.

No. All six lunch items are available every weekday during lunch hours. We used to rotate one special per day — now we put them all on a single Mon-Fri lunch menu so you can order whatever you actually want, not whatever day it happens to be.

The $7.99 lunch menu is Mon-Fri only, 11:30 AM to 4 PM. Saturday and Sunday the full menu runs the entire day — all the burgers, wings, paninis, salads at regular pricing.
Is the kitchen open during happy hour? +
Yes. Full kitchen runs straight through. Happy hour (Mon-Fri 12-5 PM) overlaps with the lunch menu (Mon-Fri 11:30-4 PM) — meaning from 12 to 4, you can get a $7.99 lunch item AND a discounted craft pint at the same time. See the happy hour page for details.
