Valrico needed a real lunch spot. We're a brewery, sure — but years ago we looked around and realized the only options for a fast, good weekday lunch in this corner of Hillsborough County were chains and gas stations. So we put in a full kitchen, hired real cooks, and started running specials.

The specials are designed for the way actual lunch happens around here. Most weekday customers have 45 to 60 minutes. They want food fast, they want it under $10, and they don't want to compromise on quality. So we built a menu that gets you out the door in under 30 minutes with a real plate of food and change from a ten.

Lithia Pinecrest is the corridor that connects Brandon, Bloomingdale, Valrico, FishHawk, and Lithia. If you work or live in any of those neighborhoods, Bullfrog Creek is closer than half the chain places people default to.

• Brandon office workers — 7 minutes south on Lithia Pinecrest. Closer than driving to the Town Center for a chain.
• FishHawk residents — 5 minutes east. Easier than fighting Brandon traffic at lunch.
• Bloomingdale families — 5 minutes north. Kid-friendly menu, free parking, no drive-through line.
• Lithia + Boyette area — 10 minutes west. Easy run for a real meal mid-day.
