The Fine Print, Minus the Legalese
Privacy Policy
We're a neighborhood brewery, not a data company. Here's exactly what we collect, why, and what we never do with it.

What we collect
We only collect information you choose to give us, in the course of doing normal brewery things:
- Chat conversations. When you message us through the chat bubble on this website or through our Facebook page on Messenger, we keep the conversation — your messages, our replies, and (on Messenger) the name on your profile — so our team can follow up and pick up where you left off.
- Contact details. If you give us a name, phone number, or email — for a table reservation, a fundraiser, a private event, a vendor market booth, or a program like Bullfrog Salutes or the Lunch Card — we keep it to handle that request.
- Bookings and payments. Event deposits and online food orders are processed by our payment partners (Stripe and Toast). Card numbers go directly to them; we never see or store your full card details.
Our chat assistant
The chat on our website and Facebook page is answered first by an automated assistant so you get an answer any hour of the day — hours, events, what's on tap, booking questions. It will tell you it's automated if you ask, and a real member of our team reviews conversations and steps in whenever it matters. Please don't share sensitive information (like card numbers) in chat — we'll never ask for it there.
How we use it
- To answer your questions and confirm reservations, events, and bookings.
- To run the programs you signed up for (fundraisers, markets, Salutes, Lunch Card, run club, and the like).
- To follow up on something you asked about and left unfinished — and only that.
What we never do
- We never sell your information. Not to anyone, not for anything.
- We don't run third-party advertising trackers on this site.
- We don't message you out of the blue. If you ever want out of a conversation thread, reply STOP and it ends there.
Who else touches the data
Like every small business, we use a few trusted services to operate: our website and booking apps are hosted on Netlify and Supabase, email confirmations are sent through Resend, online ordering runs on Toast, payments on Stripe, and Messenger conversations pass through Meta's platform (covered by Meta's own privacy policy). Each of these processes your information only to provide their service to us.
How long we keep it
Conversation history and booking records are kept as long as they're useful for serving you, and we delete them on request. Payment records are kept as required for bookkeeping and tax purposes.
Kids
Our website and chat aren't directed at children under 13, and we don't knowingly collect their information. (The brewery itself is family friendly — bring the kids, the dog, the whole crew.)
Your choices
Want to see what we have, correct it, or have it deleted? Just ask. Email info@bullfrogcreekbrewing.com, call us at 813-703-8835, or tell your beertender the next time you're in. We'll take care of it — no forms, no runaround.
Changes
If we ever change how we handle your information, we'll update this page and the effective date at the top. Big changes get a plain-English note here, not buried fine print.
