  • All the Gear: We've got the bingo cards, dobbers, and the sound system for 5 rounds.
  • 5 Rounds of Fun: 3 Music Bingo, 2 Classic Bingo to keep everyone engaged.
  • Extra Space: We'll have additional tables ready for your check-in, raffles, or silent auctions.

What You (The Fundraising Pros) Handle:

  • Card Sales: You sell sets for typically $20 per set. (Want to change it? Just clear it with Jamie first.)
  • Awesome Prizes: Supply 5 prizes ($30–$50 value each). Gift cards, cool baskets, or cash work great.
  • The Check-In: Be ready to start selling cards and greeting guests by 6:30 PM sharp.
  • Tie-Breakers: Your call. Run a fun tie-breaker or award prizes to both winners.

Does it cost anything to host a fundraiser at Bullfrog Creek?

We ask for a $50 deposit to hold your date, which is returned to you as a Bullfrog Creek gift card after the event. There's no venue rental, no equipment fee, and no percentage cut. You keep what you raise.

How far in advance should we book?

As early as possible. Tuesday and Thursday nights fill up, especially during the school year and the holiday season. We recommend booking at least 4–6 weeks ahead of your preferred date.

Who can host a fundraiser here?

Just about anyone with a cause — schools, PTAs, youth sports teams, churches, scout troops, animal rescues, veteran organizations, neighborhood associations, or any community group in the Tampa Bay area.

Can we bring our own prizes?

Yes, and you should. Most organizations supply their own prizes — gift baskets, donated items, gift cards, and cash prizes. Better prizes mean more card sales and more money raised.

Where is Bullfrog Creek Brewing located?

We're at 3632 Lithia Pinecrest Rd, Valrico, FL 33596 — right in the heart of the Bloomingdale community. We regularly host groups from Brandon, Lithia, FishHawk, Riverview, Plant City, and across the greater Tampa Bay area.

Is the taproom family-friendly?

Yes. All ages are welcome, and dogs are welcome on the patio.

Can we host a fundraiser that isn't Music Bingo?
