We've seen groups raise anywhere from $400 to $4,500 in a single night. The organizations that promote hardest — email blasts, social media, word of mouth — consistently raise the most. Your hustle is the biggest factor.
We ask for a $50 deposit to hold your date, which is returned to you as a Bullfrog Creek gift card after the event. There's no venue rental, no equipment fee, and no percentage cut. You keep what you raise.
As early as possible. Tuesday and Thursday nights fill up, especially during the school year and the holiday season. We recommend booking at least 4–6 weeks ahead of your preferred date.
Just about anyone with a cause — schools, PTAs, youth sports teams, churches, scout troops, animal rescues, veteran organizations, neighborhood associations, or any community group in the Tampa Bay area.
Yes, and you should. Most organizations supply their own prizes — gift baskets, donated items, gift cards, and cash prizes. Better prizes mean more card sales and more money raised.

Yes. All ages are welcome, and dogs are welcome on the patio.
