Meet the Brewer: Eddie Siciliano
Eddie has been brewing for over 8 years, starting in New Jersey at Kane Brewing and Cape May Brewing, then at Parkway Brewing in Virginia before relocating to Florida. He leads our brewhouse with a focus on balance, drinkability, and consistency. From the award-winning Hunting River Kölsch to our flagship Propeller Wash Hazy IPA, Eddie keeps the lineup clean, expressive, and true to style. If you love crisp lagers, classic reds, and modern hazies, you’ll get along with Eddie’s beer just fine.
