Looking for a private event space in Valrico that is not a stuffy banquet hall or an overpriced restaurant back room? Bullfrog Creek Brewing Co. hosts private and semi-private events for groups of all sizes, and we keep it simple – great beer, real food, and a space that people actually enjoy being in.
We have been hosting events since we opened in 2018. Whether it is 12 people or a full taproom takeover, we know how to make it work.
Flexible Options for Any Group
Reserved Sections – We can reserve sections of the taproom during off-peak hours for your group. Depending on the size of your party, we offer flexible arrangements for the bar area, patio, or a combination of both.
Food Packages – Our full kitchen is available for events. We offer food packages featuring our most popular items including smash burgers, wings, paninis, loaded fries, and more. We can tailor the menu to your group’s preferences and budget.
Craft Beer – Beer is what we do best. We can set up a dedicated tap selection for your event, create a custom beer flight for guests, or offer a tab arrangement that works for you.

Not a Banquet Hall
People actually have fun at a brewery. Nobody wants to sit in a windowless conference room eating rubber chicken for a team outing. At Bullfrog Creek, your guests get award-winning craft beer brewed 20 feet from their table, a full kitchen with food people actually want to eat, a covered patio, and the kind of relaxed atmosphere that makes people stay longer and enjoy themselves more.
We are veteran-owned, community-focused, and we have been doing this since 2018. We will work with you to make your event exactly what you need it to be.
Email alex@bullfrogcreekbrewing.com with your date, estimated headcount, and what kind of event you are planning. We are flexible and we will work with you to make it happen. For groups of 12 or more, we recommend reaching out at least two weeks ahead so we can reserve the right space.

How many people can you accommodate for a private event?
We have hosted events from 12 guests to much larger groups. Email alex@bullfrogcreekbrewing.com with your headcount and we will work out the best setup.
Is there a rental fee?
We work on a case-by-case basis depending on the day, time, and size of your group. Reach out and we will give you a straight answer.
Can we bring our own food or decorations?
Decorations are usually fine. Since we have a full kitchen, we prefer to handle the food, but we are flexible. Let us know what you need.
Is there parking for large groups?
We have an on-site parking lot. For larger events, overflow parking is available nearby.
How far in advance should I book?
We recommend at least two weeks for groups of 12 or more. For larger events or weekend bookings, the more notice the better.
Are private events family friendly?
Yes. Families and kids are welcome. We regularly host birthday parties and family celebrations.
