Jamie and Kelly turned a shared love of craft beer and community into Bullfrog Creek Brewing Co. From coordinating charity events to testing new beer recipes, they’re hands-on every step of the way. You’ll usually find Jamie behind a pint glass and Kelly making sure every guest feels like family.
Alex Volovar
General Manager
Alex is the glue that keeps the taproom running smoothly. From managing events to making sure the beer is flowing and the music is on point, she’s the reason service stays top notch. If you’ve had a great night here, chances are Alex had a hand in it.
Eddie Siciliano
Head Brewer
Eddie has been crafting beer for more than 8 years, starting in New Jersey at Kane Brewing and Cape May Brewing before moving to Parkway Brewing in Virginia. Now in Florida, he’s bringing home medals — including silver at the 2024 Best Florida Oktoberfest for our Premium Dunkle and bronze for our Hunting River Kölsch. His approach blends precision brewing with creativity, ensuring every pint tells a story.
