Smash Burgers – Half pound double smash with a seared crust, lettuce, tomato, pickles, and house-made Bullfrog sauce. Served with fries. We can make it as a wrap too.
Wings – Smoky Everglades-style wings. Pick your sauce or dry rub. Enough flavor to stand on their own.
Paninis – Classic Cuban, Chicken Avocado, or tenders. Pressed hot, served fast. Every panini comes with a side.
Loaded Fries and Sides – Our loaded fries have their own following. Crispy, topped heavy, and perfect for sharing.

Most lunch spots in Valrico give you the same rotation of chains and sandwich counters. We give you a made-to-order meal in a taproom with 12 to 16 craft beers on draft, a covered patio, TVs tuned to whatever is playing, and a vibe that makes you want to stay an extra 15 minutes.
If you do not drink during the day, that is completely fine. We have plenty of non-alcoholic options and our food stands on its own. This is a real restaurant with a real kitchen, not a bar that happens to serve food.
