Bullfrog Creek Brewing Co. is a veteran-owned microbrewery on Lithia Pinecrest Road in Valrico, Florida. We have been brewing craft beer here since 2018, and in that time we have produced more than 380 different beers, earned medals at the Great American Beer Festival and Best Florida Beer competition, and become the kind of place where locals actually want to spend their time.
This is not a chain. There is no corporate playbook. We brew what we like, serve food that goes with beer, and keep the taproom open for the neighborhood. If you have been searching for a brewery in Valrico or a good place to grab a beer near Bloomingdale, Brandon, or Lithia, you found it.
12-16 Beers on Tap Daily
Our head brewer Eddie Siciliano runs the brewhouse and keeps the taps rotating with a mix of flagships and seasonal releases. A few of the beers we are known for:
Hunting River Kolsch – 2022 Great American Beer Festival Bronze Medal winner. Clean malt body with light fruit character. A crisp Valrico favorite for easy drinking.
Propeller Wash Hazy IPA – Flagship hazy loaded with Chinook, El Dorado, and Mosaic hops. Juicy citrus and tropical notes with a soft finish.
After Work Beer Irish Red – 2020 Best Florida Beer Gold Medal winner. Malty, smooth, and clean with a touch of caramel. The perfect pint after a long day.
Long Pond Pilsner and King of Frogs Light Lager – Crisp, easy-drinking options for anyone who wants something light and refreshing.

Happy Hour Mon-Fri 2-5 PM
We are not a brewery that hands you a bag of chips. Our kitchen opens at 11:30 AM every day with smash burgers, wings, paninis, loaded fries, and daily specials. Happy hour runs Monday through Friday from 2 to 5 PM. Whether you need a quick lunch in Valrico or somewhere to eat before an evening event, we have real food made to order. See our full food menu.
Something Every Night
Monday is D&D and game night. Tuesdays and Thursdays are music bingo fundraisers. Wednesday is trivia night at 7 PM. We host live music, car meets, Frog Fever parties, and community events throughout the week. Most events are free and family friendly. See what is happening this week.

Bullfrog Creek was built by veterans and is run by people who care about this neighborhood. We sponsor local teams, host community fundraisers, and keep our doors open for anyone who wants to be part of what we are building here in Valrico.
