State of the Brewery

Hello Friends! I wanted to give everyone an update on where the brewery stands and what is currently going on. It has been a whirlwind the last 82 days. Demo of the Erindale Market was quite a bit more work than expected but the bones of the building are strong and I am very happy with the space. Our Wet Zoning Approval came back approved and the county was generous and approved our entire patio area, which gives us almost 3000 sq. ft. of outdoor area! Last week our Federal TTB application was approved which made us officially a brewery. The last step is the state CMB/2cop application which allows us to actually sell beer. Build-out wise we still have a bar to build and a cooler to modify but it has all started to come together and I am starting to see a light at the end of the tunnel.

Our kegs, pump carts, and other equipment have arrived and we should have our tanks and most of the other equipment in-house by the end of next week. It is like Christmas every time I see a delivery truck come to the brewery and it is so much fun to see what is coming off the truck.

We are working hard to get the doors open in March and as we get closer I should be able to put an exact date together for the opening.

I would especially like to thank all the friends and family that have helped and/or offered to help. The outpouring of support is truly humbling.
